A dynamic, tech-forward Mediterranean street food concept engineered by serial Silicon Valley entrepreneur and venture investor Zaid Ayoub. Drawing on his deep background in high-performance tech engineering, Zaid launched SAJJ in 2012 to modernize the vibrant, fresh flavors of his Levant heritage for fast-paced corporate life. Featuring custom-built shawarma wraps, authentic falafel bowls, and fresh pita paired with rich, house-made spreads, SAJJ’s nutrient-dense, customizable menu is perfectly optimized to give busy innovation teams clean, high-stamina fuel that maximizes physical and mental workspace productivity.
