Craveable, feel-good Korean BBQ born from the vision of serial entrepreneur and Shark Tank alum Jeff Appelbaum. Jeff launched Moonbowls under his digital-first platform, Salted, with a bold mission: to build the "Yum! Brands of the digital age" by proving that delivery-only cloud kitchens can serve uncompromising, premium culinary quality. Operating hot out of San Jose’s Ruff Drive hub by former Uber founder Travis Kalanick, their 100% gluten-free signature builds—featuring Avocado Bulgogi, Chili Crunch Chicken, and purple sweet potato noodles—are engineered with clean, dairy-free ingredients to perfectly fuel high-growth Silicon Valley teams.
